DreadOut Mod v4.0

This mod will make your GTA SA like "DreadOut" the Indonesian horror pc game.

Changelog:
v4.0 (06/01/2016)
- Added new effects blood vapour for ghosts
- Before the ghosts attack you, they will appear at front you
- Some haunted places will be foggy when there's ghost sightings
- Every friday night, the weather will suddenly foggy when DreadOut mod is active
- The game is more scary and more difficult to escape from ghosts
- All vehicles engine will turn off if you drive it when you attacked by ghosts
- Fixes some bugs and improved many features
