Fixed car exploding a second time if you throw a grenade / satchel / rocket exploded in a car already in the water.

Thanks to Reyks for reporting this bug.

This mod will fix the car on fire even in the water. Be the fire about to blow on the fire that catches for example after passing over another fire.
